This Walt Disney
World®
Resort was opened in November 1971 and has been providing
Disney guests a chance to “rough it in style” ever
since. The
over 700 hundred acres found on the edge of Bay Lake is
centrally located with easy access to all the action.
After a day at the theme parks guests
can relax among the pine and cypress trees with only
an occasional visit from one of the many rabbits, ducks,
deer or peacocks that roam throughout the resort.
There
are 784 campsites ranging in length from 25' to
65' to accommodate tents, tent trailers and recreational
vehicles.
For those who prefer the comforts of home, there
are 409 Wilderness Cabins. These cozy, freestanding
cabins are reminiscent of the old pioneer
log homes.
Check-In
is at 3PM and Check-out is at 11AM..

stove, beamed ceilings, split log décor
and flagstone floor welcome you into a simple,
satisfying world of American down-home cooking.
Start your day with a bountiful breakfast, featuring
favorites like omelets, cheese grits, and biscuits
and gravy, or enjoy dining here for lunch, dinner
or snack time .
Menu: Scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, hashbrowns,
sausage gravy with biscuits,
french toast, fresh fruit, donuts, our famous fried
chicken, fajitas, assorted sandwiches, chili, soup,
salad, and fruit cobbler for dessert. Take-out
pizza, snacks and sweets.
Mickey's Backyard

All-you-care-to-eat buffet
Come join Mickey, Minnie and the gang along with your
merrymakin' hosts, Sarsaparilla Sal and Tumbleweed,
for a hearty country picnic. With a full line-up of
line-dancin', western-singin', rope-trickin', kid-friendly
entertainment, the roof of this outdoor pavilion is
in danger of getting blown off. Enjoy an all-you-care-to-eat
buffet featuring BBQ pork ribs, baked chicken and hot
dogs with all the trimmings.
Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue
This is a Western Vaudeville-style
show with all-you-care-to-eat
American cuisine - served family style.
Whoop it up at this rip-roarin', rootin', tootin',
down-home vaudeville-style revue. Sing and clap along
with the Pioneer Hall Players as you and your posse
have a nighttime of frontier family fun. Savor all-you-care-to-eat
vittles as you enjoy a whole stampede of barn-raisin'
entertainers. Bring your whole clan and join the good
times of this folksy musical comedy extravaganza. Eeeee-haw!

marina, the Trading Posts or pools and externally
transporting guests to the Ticket and Transportation
Center, as well as direct stops to each of the
four Theme Parks.

are available at The Bike Barn for a cost of $43.00
per day. Supplies of these golf carts is limited
