The
Walt Disney World® Resort
is located in the heart of Florida, and because Disney
knows that many of their guest are locals they offer a
number of
specials exclusively for Florida residents. All of the
following specials require proof of Florida residency,
which are as
follows:
VALID Florida Drivers License
VALID Florida State issued ID card
(MUST have Florida address)
VALID Voters Registration Card with
corresponding picture ID
VALID Florida Based Military ID
- Florida Military Bases
VALID College ID (MUST be a Florida
college)
Utility statement with the guest
name and address along with a corresponding picture ID
Each
adult must provide one of these as proof of residency. Sorry,
but a Florida resident CAN NOT buy tickets
for out of state friends and
relative!
Note
Florida Resident discounts on rooms are normally only release
a few times thru-out the year, and normally only cover
a period of few months at a time. And Disney limits the
number of rooms at each resort that can have the discount
applied to them.
If
you are planning a trip before the discounts are released,
it would be best to go ahead and book the room at the regular
rate. Then once the Florida Resident rates have
been released, we can check availability, and if available
change your reservation to the discounted rate.

" Room Only " Resort Reservations
Florida Residents are invited to take part in The Year of a Million Dreams celebration. With this special room-only offer, you’ll be able to stay at a Disney Value Resort, standard room, for as little as $79* per night, plus tax! Additional per adult charges apply if more than two adults per room. Rate valid most nights for Sunday through Thursday arrivals 2/20-3/7 and 3/13-3/29 in a standard room.
But don’t wait too long…this offer must be booked by March 30, 2007.
The number of rooms at eachWalt Disney World® Resort that are available for the "Florida Resident Discount" is limited. Once all the discounted rooms at a resort are booked, regular rates will apply.
